Ever since our co-founder Ray first tasted a pork & dill dumpling made by her friend’s mom who is from Northern China, she has been craving them and dreaming about making her own version. We are very excited to finally add this delicious flavour to the Honest Dumplings lineup!
Although an uncommon pairing, this pork & dill dumpling is enjoyed by many in northern China. The fragrance of fresh dill brings a unique, distinct flavour that works perfectly with the flavourful juicy ground pork.
